Irrigation Ditch layout
We have a room dedicated to the canals that make up the “Tribunal de las Aguas” and are part of the irrigation system of the valley of Valencia. Also explaining the history, importance and functioning of this “Tribual de las Aguas” that was declared a World Heritage by the Unesco.
Exposicion “Triant Xufes”
We have a photographic exhibition of the process of raising the “chufa” and how was selected in the past.
